$NRZ I bet current shareholders get around a $5-6 a share, one time dividend from IPO, instead of shares. Just a guess. So basically we will have next to nothing in our NRZ shares, and dividends for life. Then if company eliminates the preferred shares dividend....we will be back to getting $2+ a year dividend on NRZ stock alone.

NRZ declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter 2020, representing an increase of 33% from the common stock dividend for the third quarter of 2020.

No nevim. Hodil jsem svoje ptf do screeneru na Simplysafedividend a nechal program vyvodit zavery. U NRZ mne to vyhodilo dividend unsafe s cut riskem 70/30. A ted vidim navyseni o 33%. Snad se ta webovka plete (jde o okrajovy REIT, kteremu temer nikdo vlastne nerozumi)

Maintaining estimates: We are maintaining our 4Q and 2021 core earnings estimates of $0.35
per share and $1.31 per share, respectively. We expect NRZ to increase the common dividend
to $0.25 per share in 1Q21.
● 4Q preview: We expect NRZ to report 4Q core earnings of $0.35 per share, up sequentially
from $0.31 per share, with strong residential mortgage origination volumes and attractive
gain on sale margins driving the results. Additionally, we expect management to provide some
additional color around the recently proposed IPO of the origination and servicing businesses,
as the company looks to unlock value of these businesses. While details are limited, please
see our November 20 note for additional information on this transaction.

Ja mam k NRZ takovy ambivalentni vztah, je to moje velka pozice, a v mem divi projection screeneru pro 2021 je to snad druhy nejvetsi "donor" v mem ptf (po Shellu), celkovou expozici se ale citim asi zhruba tak v bezpeci, jako drzenim kryptomen Lidi, co to koupili za $4, asi neresi. Ja ale platil i kolem $15...

na počet kusů je to moje největší pozice, ale dividendově je v průměru, Tčko, MO a MAIN sypou ročně více

já vzal dneska ještě 100ks, týden jsem čekal na nějakou alespoň lehkou korekci, ale nic nepřichází, dnes asi 5. den v kuse růst celého trhu, očekává se další tučný stimulus, tak trh bude pokračovat v růstu, tak jsem vystřílel volnou hotovost a už to nemusím sledovat. Teď budou výsledky, a divi by měli zvednout na 0,25USD.
